Very brief upward-infected whistle at about 3.1kHz, with the rich tonal quality of a whistler.

Evidence for identification

Described in HANZAB as A brief sharp whistle swt or whIT with an upward inflexion, similar to whipcracks whhh-IT or ee-chong of Song, but much briefer.

Confidence statement

Very tentative at present, but grouped here under Rufous Whistler to aid in extracting and grouping examples of this call. Need detailed speccy comparisons.
