Pachycephala rufiventris
Very brief upward-infected whistle at about 3.1kHz, with the rich tonal quality of a whistler.
Described in HANZAB as A brief sharp whistle swt or whIT with an upward inflexion, similar to whipcracks whhh-IT or ee-chong of Song, but much briefer.
Very tentative at present, but grouped here under Rufous Whistler to aid in extracting and grouping examples of this call. Need detailed speccy comparisons.
Other whistlers, other passerines.
